At BeeOceans, client satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services. However, we understand there may be rare cases where a refund request is valid.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are eligible if:

  • The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.
  • A written request is made within 7 days of delivery or billing.
  • Our team fails to resolve the concern through revisions or support.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom SaaS development once the scope is approved and work has started
  • Third-party costs (like domain, hosting, software licenses, or ads)
  • Client-caused delays or changes in project direction after confirmation

3. How to Request a Refund

Please send an email with your project details and refund reason to support@beeoceans.com. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Method

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned using your original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
